I am currently an NIHR Academic Clinical Lecturer and Specialty Registrar in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Sheffield with a primary focus on maternal fetal medicine.

My research is centred on the development of point-of-care testing for early detection of pregnancy-related complications, with a particular interest in preterm birth and placental dysfunction.
In addition to my research, I am actively involved in medical education, where I mentor students and early-career researchers.
I am also dedicated to promoting inclusive research participation and fostering patient and public involvement.
