Louise has worked in higher education for over 25 years, specialising in strategy and leadership of internationalisation activities at two world-leading Russell Group universities. In her current role, Louise leads the University of Sheffield's Global Engagement department whose remit covers international student recruitment, partnership development and global opportunities with staff based in the UK, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nigeria and the USA. 
 
Louise is a member of IDP's International Advisory Board and has previously been on the Executive Board of the British Universities' International Liaison Association.
