- Research interests

Ofelia’s research interests include human anatomy, palaeopathology, historical bioarchaeology, and the bioarchaeology of childhood and old age. She is particularly interested in exploring the relationship between marginalised populations and their environments in the past through patterns of health and disease. She is also interested in teaching human anatomy by means of human cadaveric dissection and anatomy digital technology platforms.
