Research Project

My research project explores the experiences of and attitudes to cervical cancer screening among transgender and non-binary people. LGBTQ+ people attend cervical cancer screening significantly less than their heterosexual, cisgender counterparts, so research in this area is important to understand and improve screening uptake among these groups.
